About the Role
Sociapa is a dynamic and growing brand management and creative agency specializing in digital
marketing, branding, packaging design, and influencer marketing. We work with leading FMCG and
lifestyle brands to create powerful communication and visual experiences.
We are now looking for a talented and versatile Static/Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team
remotely — someone who can bring concepts to life with visual impact and innovative design thinking.
Key Responsibilities
 Design static creatives, social media posts, and motion graphics for campaigns, digital ads, and
marketing collaterals.
 Create engaging short videos, reels, and GIFs tailored for various digital platforms.
 Collaborate closely with content, strategy, and brand teams to visualize and execute creative concepts.
 Develop product showcase videos, recipe edits, and promotional content for FMCG brands.
 Maintain design consistency across all brand communication materials.
 Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
 Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative tools.
Skills & Requirements
 4–5 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist, preferably in a digital
marketing or creative agency.
 Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
 Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and animation.
 Ability to conceptualize and execute designs independently with minimal supervision.
 Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
 Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 A portfolio link or sample of work showcasing both static and motion creatives is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
 Degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
 Experience in designing creatives for FMCG, Food & Beverage, or lifestyle brands.
 Familiarity with digital ad formats and social media content specifications (Meta Ads, YouTube,
Instagram, etc.).
