Role Description:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of CRs, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets for the designated region. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and effective client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Handle and guide the team of CRs to ensure productivity and performance.
Generate leads, manage pipeline, and ensure timely closures.
Maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, doctors, and channel partners.
Ensure timely reporting – daily sales reports and activity updates.
Organizing camps, promotional activities, and marketing events.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Pharma, Healthcare & Medical devices.
Should be comfortable for Travelling.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
