B2B Growth Marketing Manager – Industrial/SaaS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager – Industrial/SaaS based in the United States.
The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will own full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue.
You will combine campaign strategy with hands-on execution, building and launching programs directly within HubSpot.
The role focuses on reaching both executive buyers and plant-level manufacturing professionals through targeted, channel-agnostic campaigns.
You will work across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Content, and Design.
Data, attribution, experimentation, and funnel performance will guide your decisions as you continuously optimize campaigns.
This is a fast-scaling SaaS environment where marketing success is measured by pipeline, conversion, and revenue rather than activity alone.
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
