Frontend Web Developer (Freelance / AI-Assisted Workflow)

We are an agile, design-first digital agency scaling rapidly. We focus on delivering high-end UI/UX designs and design optimizations for international clients. Due to a growing pipeline, we need a tech-savvy developer to convert design briefs into live, pixel-perfect sites.
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
We need a Freelance Web Developer who operates with modern efficiency. You will be handed fully realized Figma designs, UX optimizations, or structured development briefs and will be responsible for bringing them online cleanly and rapidly using modern terminal/AI workflows like Claude Code.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
•⁠ ⁠Design-to-Code Translation: Build responsive, pixel-perfect websites, landing pages, or web apps from Figma designs/briefs.
•⁠ ⁠AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize CLI coding assistants (Claude Code) to rapidly scaffold templates, implement custom components, and write clean code.
•⁠ ⁠Performance & Responsiveness: Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, fast load speeds, and clean semantic code.
•⁠ ⁠Client Deployments: Connect domains, configure CMS backends (Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Next.js/Tailwind), and run QA.
•⁠ ⁠Asynchronous Communication: Provide quick updates on project timelines and flag technical edge cases early.
𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
•⁠ ⁠Proven portfolio of live websites built from custom designs.
•⁠ ⁠Experience using terminal-based AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, or Cursor/Anthropic integrations).
•⁠ ⁠Strong mastery of core frontend web technologies (HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind, JavaScript, React/Next.js or modern visual builders).
•⁠ ⁠Meticulous eye for detail—you treat line height, spacing, typography, and micro-interactions as non-negotiable.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing multiple project handoffs in an asynchronous, remote environment.
