Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Engineer role based on-site in Bengaluru. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, conducting system upgrades, and providing ongoing technical support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with business goals and ensuring that IT protocols and security measures are adhered to.
Qualifications
Proficiency in systems design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Strong skills in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software and hardware issues
Experience with system upgrades, IT infrastructure, and technical support practices
Expertise in network protocols, system security, and compliance measures
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in IT Services or digital transformation projects is a plus
