Role Description The Reporting Analyst role at SkillOrbit is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Reporting Analyst will collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders and clients. This role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, preparing periodic performance and financial reports, and providing insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. The Reporting Analyst will collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clear, actionable metrics. Daily activities include troubleshooting data issues, ensuring data integrity, documenting reporting processes, and presenting findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven expertise in Reporting & Analysis.
Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and the ability to interpret financial and operational metrics.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to present complex data clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Data Analytics capabilities, including working with datasets, performing trend analysis, and generating insights.
Proficiency in Excel and at least one reporting or BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is highly beneficial.
Experience in creating dashboards, KPI reports, and management summaries is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
