Attending Consultant - Endocrinology

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive OPD and inpatient endocrinology care, covering diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, metabolic bone disorders, obesity and endocrine emergencies.
Ensure high-quality, patient-centred and safe clinical care, including appropriate documentation, medication safety, follow-up and continuity of care.
Contribute to clinical protocols, quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives, including monitoring of relevant clinical KPIs and NABH compliance.
Participate in research, clinical audits, teaching and mentoring of junior doctors, residents, nurses, diabetes educators and allied healthcare professionals.
Support service development, multidisciplinary collaboration, academic activities and institutional outreach, with opportunities for professional and leadership growth.
Qualifications and experience
DM/DNB/Fellowship in Endocrinology or an equivalent NMC recognized qualification.
Valid DMC registration certificate.
Relevant experience in clinical endocrinology and diabetes care will be preferred.
Strong interest in patient safety and clinical quality will be an advantage.
