MANNCO LLP is looking for an experienced Food Technologist / Product Development Specialist with hands-on experience in wafer rolls, wafer creams, chocolate and confectionery products.
The role will involve developing new products, improving existing formulations, benchmarking international products and supporting trials from lab stage to commercial production.
We are specifically looking for experience in:
• Wafer rolls and wafer products
• Cream and fat-based fillings
• Chocolate and compound chocolate
• Flavour and formulation development
• Texture and shelf-life improvement
• Production troubleshooting and scale-up
• Cost optimisation while maintaining product quality
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the wafer, chocolate, biscuit or confectionery industry. Experience with wafer rolls and cream fillings will be strongly preferred.
We are open to Full-time, Part-time or Consultant / Project-based arrangements.
MANNCO develops and manufactures confectionery and snack products for international markets, with wafer rolls being one of our core product categories.
