Key responsibilities
Maintain and update customer, product, and pricing information across CRM and e-commerce platforms
Execute approved pricing updates and product data modifications while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Monitor data quality and proactively identify errors, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Support CRM integration and data migration initiatives through validation, reconciliation, record merging, and data consolidation activities
Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of commercial systems supporting sales and customer operations
Perform functional testing of system enhancements, integrations, and business process changes
Execute test scenarios, document results, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, user guidelines, and operational procedures
Prepare reports and perform validation activities to monitor CRM changes and data updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Commercial Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
What will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
0 to 2 years of professional experience with a strong interest in business systems, CRM platforms, and data management
Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
Analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to work comfortably with large data sets
Bilingual in English; English is required for regular internal communications and collaboration with global teams.
Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms is considered an asset
Exposure to e-commerce platforms, commercial operations, pricing management, or sales processes is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
