About : SuperCoach is an early-stage startup reimagining how families discover and manage after-school learning. We're building an AI-first platform that helps parents make better decisions while empowering activity providers with modern business tools.
Build a Product. Don't Just Build Features.
Most internships involve fixing bugs, writing small modules, or working on internal tools.
This isn't one of them.
At SuperCoach, you'll be the first engineering hire, working directly with the founder to build a product from the ground up.
You'll influence not just the technology, but also the product itself.
What You'll Do
Build core features across web and mobile.
Design scalable backend systems and APIs.
Work with AI to solve real customer problems.
Participate in product discussions and shape user experiences.
Make architecture decisions that will power the company for years.
Ship fast, learn fast, and own what you build.
Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply writes code.
We're looking for someone who gets excited by questions like:
"How can we make this experience better?"
"Is there a simpler way to solve this problem?"
"What would users actually want?"
You should enjoy building products, experimenting with ideas, and taking ownership.
