Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role located in Kotdwara. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and other marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layouts, designing logos and branding elements, selecting typography, and preparing files for printing. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, translating ideas into effective designs, and revising artwork based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also ensure consistency in visual identity across all materials and maintain an organized library of design assets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear and visually appealing layouts.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection and text layout for printed materials.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent tools).
Ability to interpret client briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver designs within deadlines.
Attention to detail, color accuracy, and print production knowledge are highly beneficial.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
Relevant certification or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing design work.
