AI Engineer

Role Description The AI Engineer at AC DISMANTLING will design, develop, and deploy AI models to support data-driven decision-making for the organization. This part-time remote role involves building and optimizing algorithms, implementing machine learning and deep learning solutions, and integrating AI models into existing software systems. The AI Engineer will analyze large datasets, perform pattern recognition tasks, and experiment with neural network architectures to improve model accuracy and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, documenting technical solutions, maintaining code repositories, and ensuring AI systems are robust, secure, and scalable. The role also includes monitoring model performance, refining NLP components where needed, and staying current with AI research and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control.
Applied experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for classification, prediction, and optimization tasks.
Hands-on expertise with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for text analysis and language understanding.
Proficiency with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and Python or similar languages.
Ability to design, test, and deploy AI models in production environments, including use of cloud platforms and APIs.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and code quality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
