E2E Business Analyst (OSS/BSS)

Position: E2E Business Analyst
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (WFO)
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced E2E Business Analysts with strong, hands-on OSS & BSS domain expertise to support a TM Forum ODA-compliant transformation program. Strong OSS & BSS experience is mandatory, with the ability to understand and analyze end-to-end business processes, functional capabilities, system interactions, and cross-domain dependencies.
The Business Analyst will work closely with business and functional stakeholders, E2E Architects, Component Architects, Product Owners, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, comprehensive, and implementation-ready requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Document all functional & Business Requirements.
Work with E2E & Component Architects to create Epics, User Stories.
Work with all business & functional stakehodlers to create business scenario's and functional requirements.
Perform E2E functional analysis across OSS & BSS domains and identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts.
Facilitate business and technical workshops for requirements elicitation, validation, and alignment.
Support backlog refinement, UAT, defect follow-up, and stakeholder sign-off.
Ensure requirements are aligned with the target ODA architecture.
Technical & Functional Skillsets — TM Forum ODA-Compliant Project
- eTOM & SID Alignment: Business process and information model mapping to TM Forum ODA components.
- Fulfilment & Assurance: Requirement elicitation across Order-to-Activation and Service Assurance workflows.
- Requirements Documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specification development.
- Gap & Traceability Analysis: Gap assessment and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitation of business and technical workshops for requirement validation and alignment.
- UAT & Sign-off: UAT planning, coordination, defect follow-up, and stakeholder sign-off.
