Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Photographer role based in Gurugram. The Wedding Photographer will capture weddings and related events, including pre-wedding shoots, ceremonies, and receptions, following agreed shot lists and creative direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing equipment, coordinating with clients and event planners, shooting high-quality photos, and managing backup of all files. The role also involves selecting and editing images, preparing final albums or digital galleries, and supporting the studio’s visual presence on social media. The photographer will work closely with the studio team to maintain consistent brand style, meet project deadlines, and provide professional client service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Wedding Photography and Event Photography skills, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in capturing live moments and ceremonies.
Candidates should possess solid Photography skills, including composition, lighting, camera operation, and familiarity with different lenses and equipment.
Candidates should possess Image Editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop or similar editing software.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing capabilities to help showcase work, engage audiences, and promote studio services across platforms.
Additional qualifications: prior experience in wedding or portrait photography; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings; strong interpersonal and communication skills; reliability and punctuality.
Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, or media is preferred but not mandatory; a well-curated portfolio is essential.
