Business Manager - Sales(US)

At BrightCHAMPS, we’re looking for a high-energy, business-focused leader to own and scale our US_Sales business.
This is not just a people-management role. We’re looking for someone who has built teams, scaled revenue and knows how to win in the #K12 market.

Someone who:
🔹 Has strong experience in the K12 / EdTech segment
🔹 Has prior experience managing US / Canada markets
🔹 Has managed and scaled a 30–40 member sales team
🔹 Has a strong track record of scaling sales from X to Y with clear business outcomes
🔹 Understands inside sales, conversion, revenue ownership and sales productivity
🔹 Is comfortable building high-performance teams and developing future sales leaders
🔹 Thinks like a business owner, not just a people manager
🔹 Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening sales performance, building leadership capability and scaling the US business to its next level.
