Business Development Executive

𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸 (𝗨𝗚𝗗) is looking for a 𝗕𝗗𝗘 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 to join our team on a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗼𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 basis.
This role is mainly focused on 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, along with Business Development activities.
Freshers and candidates with 𝟬-𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 can apply.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻:
• LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
• Finding and connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn
• Upwork job research and opportunity finding
• Upwork proposals and client outreach
• Client communication and follow-ups
• Lead generation and Business Development
• Supporting the BDE team in daily activities
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Upwork
• Interest in Business Development and client acquisition
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and consistency
