WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Content Coordinator you will get a chance to keep content work moving reliably across Kognity's Content Operations team, its freelance contributors and the Product and Tech teams it depends on.
- Deliver small content update projects, acting as the single point of contact from brief through authoring, QA and upload to live deployment, ensuring every asset quality.
- Run the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from sourcing and briefing freelance subject specialists to onboarding, tracking assignments and closing out engagements cleanly.
- Triage and route incoming content feedback from users and internal teams, tracking it through to resolution and surfacing patterns that shape content priorities.
- Work on third-party content rights, permissions and licensing, keeping records audit-ready and escalating copyright questions to the right stakeholders.
- Build and maintain the trackers, dashboards and documentation that give the content team visibility over its work, and help bring AI tools into everyday content operations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Background in content coordination, project coordination or operations, ideally within tech, product, digital publishing or EdTech.
- Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams organised and moving, ideally with a tracker or system you've built to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, able to adjust tone and detail for audiences from freelance contributors to legal and finance stakeholders.
- Fast learner who picks up new tools, platforms and content systems quickly, with minimal repeated guidance.
- Skilled at turning scattered information, such as feedback threads or contractor performance notes, into clear improvements patterns and concrete recommendations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution
