Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Mexico

Role Overview
We are seekinga Full Stack Developer with a strong Java background to join an Agile teamsupporting the Marketing Automation platform for a global manufacturing client.This role will focus on backend application development, data integrations, andplatform enhancements that power customer preference/consent management andlead management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design,develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications that support customercapture forms, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
• Buildand maintain data pipelines, data models, and REST APIs.
• Contributeto Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and automation as needed.
• SupportAWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Writeand maintain technical documentation; support knowledge transfer.
• Performunit testing, support deployments, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participateactively in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvementinitiatives.
Required Technical Skills(Must-Have)

Qualifications
• 8+years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstratedexperience building and maintaining backend services and data-driven applications
• Comfortableworking in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strongwritten and verbal English communication skills
