Role Description
The Graphic Designer role at AdyGrow is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media creatives, web banners, and marketing collateral. Responsibilities include developing logos, brand identities, and typography treatments that align with each client’s brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, iterating on design concepts based on feedback, and ensuring all designs are optimized for digital platforms. The Graphic Designer will also maintain design consistency across projects and stay updated on current design and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create engaging visual content across digital platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine strong, cohesive brand identities.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, aesthetically pleasing, and readable text in all designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software).
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work for brands or campaigns.
Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
