Role Description The Security Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. Responsibilities include monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, managing access control points, and responding promptly to security incidents or alarms. The role involves documenting daily activities and incidents, coordinating with supervisors and client representatives, and following established security protocols and emergency procedures. The Security Professional will also assist with risk assessments, support the implementation of physical and information security measures, and help maintain a visible, professional security presence. This position requires adherence to company standards, local regulations, and client-specific guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including access control, surveillance monitoring, and incident response.
Candidates should possess foundational Cybersecurity and Information Security skills to support secure handling of data and systems.
Candidates should possess Network Security awareness to recognize basic network-related threats and support secure operations.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for reporting, coordination, and interaction with clients and teams.
Relevant certifications or training in security, safety, or risk management are beneficial.
Experience in security services, law enforcement, facility management, or related fields is an advantage.
Ability to remain alert, act calmly under pressure, and follow detailed procedures consistently.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by client operations.
