Pre-Litigation Attorney

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney based in the United States.
This is an early-career attorney opportunity focused on representing employees in workplace-related disputes before litigation begins.
You will work closely with a lead pre-litigation attorney who will delegate matters, provide hands-on training, and progressively expand your responsibilities.
Your work will span case development, negotiation support, client communication, valuation, and demand strategy.
You will be expected to take ownership of assigned work, meet clear deadlines, and keep matters moving consistently.
The environment is highly process-driven, with weekly performance metrics and direct feedback designed to accelerate professional development.
As your skills and judgment develop, you will take on increasingly complex negotiations, matters, and strategic decisions.
