Sr Mgr, Leader Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Mgr, Leader Development based in the United States.
This fully remote leadership development role shapes the learning strategy for senior commercial leaders, including Regional Sales Directors and Area Vice Presidents.
You will design scalable, role-based development experiences that strengthen coaching, talent development, business acumen, and field execution.
The position combines strategic learning leadership with hands-on curriculum design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and program management.
You will work closely with Sales leadership, Human Resources, Commercial Excellence, and subject matter experts to translate business priorities into measurable development outcomes.
The role also supports onboarding, succession planning, emerging-leader development, and the creation of a consistent leadership culture.
Success will depend on your ability to influence senior stakeholders, use data to improve programs, and create learning experiences that translate into behavior change.
The position is remote within the U.S. and may require up to 25% travel based on business needs.
