Civil Engineer

Are you a civil engineer with 10+ years of land development experience, ready to lead production design for major U.S. land development projects — without relocating?
Join our team in Mohali, working U.S. Eastern Time hours to partner directly with U.S.-based engineers of record, project managers, and design teams on multi-discipline site development for travel centers and fuel/convenience retail sites across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
What you'll do:
🔹 Lead design from concept through construction documents — site layout, grading, utilities, public streets
🔹 Own QA/QC review for junior and mid-level engineers
🔹 Drive stormwater management design (SWM, E&S, BMPs, retention/detention)
🔹 Lead permit package preparation and engineering reports
🔹 Serve as the technical point of contact for U.S. clients in real time
🔹 Mentor junior engineers on U.S. standards and workflows
🔹 Support feasibility & due diligence: zoning review, environmental screening, GIS analysis, concept layouts
What you bring:
✅ Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus)
✅ 10+ years of progressive civil site/land development experience
✅ Strong U.S. land development background, ideally with fuel/convenience or travel center sites
✅ Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D skills
✅ Hydraflow required; HydroCAD strongly preferred
✅ Familiarity with AutoTURN, StormCAD/SewerCAD, Bluebeam Revu a plus
✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication for real-time U.S. client coordination
