SnoopGame is a leading game testing company that has been in the game development industry since 2015.
We have been offering outsourced/outstaffed QA and Art services to companies worldwide. From casual games to complex AAA projects, our QA team ensures that everything goes as planned, benefiting game developers, publishers, and players alike.
We are looking for a QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the Game Dev industry. Our company offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to work with various game genres and platforms!🚀
Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality standards across your vertical or team
Participate in team ceremonies and discussions as the QA representative
Apply QA lifecycle processes throughout development and release stages
Align regularly with internal QA professionals on quality goals
Coordinate additional QA resources as needed
Serve as the point of contact for quality-related matters
Perform hands-on functional testing and write detailed bug reports
Build and maintain comprehensive test suites
Investigate player-reported or internal issues
Monitor app stability metrics, including ANRs and crash rates, as well as other performance metrics
Facilitate and participate in playtests, providing constructive feedback
Required Skills:
Advanced level of Chinese, Intermediate+ level of English (both written and spoken).
2+ years of experience in QA, preferably in game testing
Strong functional game testing background across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)
Solid understanding of QA lifecycle (SDLC, STLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience writing and maintaining test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Checklists)
Proficient in bug reporting and working with bug-tracking systems
Experience with issue triaging and investigating player feedback
Knowledge of post-release testing and mobile app health monitoring (ANRs, crash rates)
Familiarity with game development workflows and cross-feature interactions
Experience with tools such as Slack, Android Studio, Charles, and Postman
Strong black-box testing skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-management skills
Passion for gaming across various genres
Nice to have:
Experience with SDKs (analytics, ads, monetization).
