BIM Coordinator – Vienna, Austria

We are looking for BIM Coordinator with 4 plus years of relevant experience - to join our team in Vienna, Austria, supporting a large-scale construction project in the critical infrastructure / critical industry sector.
The role will involve close coordination with the client, General Contractor, design teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth BIM delivery and information management throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM activities between the client, GC, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and related design information.
Review models for coordination, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate model, drawing, and document submissions in line with agreed project workflows.
Participate in and support BIM coordination meetings with the client and General Contractor.
Track BIM-related actions, issues, approvals, and deliverables.
Support clash coordination and resolution between disciplines.
Ensure project teams follow agreed BIM standards, workflows, naming conventions, and CDE processes.
Coordinate information exchange through the project Common Data Environment.
Support timely communication and resolution of BIM-related issues across project stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on building, industrial, infrastructure, data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other complex construction projects.
Good understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination and construction documentation.
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or platforms such as Procore, Dalux, or similar Common Data Environment solutions.
Ability to review BIM models, drawings, and project documentation.
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Comfortable participating in client, GC, design, and coordination meetings.
Language Requirements
Fluent professional-level English.
Working-level knowledge of German sufficient for project coordination and day-to-day communication.
Location & Work Authorization
Position is based in Vienna, Austria.
Candidates must already be leagally authorised to work in Austria - It is a mandatory requirement
