BIM MODELER
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and detailed drawings for engineering and construction projects. The candidate will coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and project requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models based on engineering drawings and design specifications.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and other engineering teams.
Perform model checking, clash detection, and resolve coordination issues.
Update models based on design revisions and project requirements.
Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
Ensure BIM models follow project standards, specifications, and required LOD.
Support quantity take-off and extraction of model-based information.
Maintain proper file naming, revisions, and BIM documentation.
Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Revit and relevant BIM software.
Knowledge of Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modelling.
Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, and model coordination.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Education & Experience
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
1–5 years of relevant BIM/Modelling experience preferred.
Freshers with relevant BIM training, projects, or internship experience may also apply.

Revit | Navisworks | AutoCAD | BIM 360/ACC | Civil 3D | Tekla Structures
(Software requirements may vary depending on the project discipline.)
