About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER role is critical for owning and developing key ML subsystems in production. This position involves designing practical solutions to ambiguous problems, shipping robust systems, and ensuring their reliable operation at scale. The role significantly contributes to the organization's AI product by turning research ideas into dependable production systems and mentoring peers to elevate engineering standards.
Responsibilities:
Build core ML systems powering proactive, long-horizon AI products
Manage end-to-end work including data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration
Convert research concepts into stable production systems
Debug model failures and system issues using production data
Iterate rapidly by shipping, measuring outcomes, refining, and repeating
Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to drive user impact
Mentor and review work of other ML engineers
Address production constraints such as latency, cost, reliability, and safety
Requirements:
Experience building and deploying ML systems used by real users
Required experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Understanding of ML model behavior and failure modes in production
Ability to write production-quality code and system-level thinking
Proven capacity to work independently and take ownership through project completion
Strong learning ability and clear communication skills
Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems, JAX, Python, and PyTorch
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
USD 170000 - USD 190000 yearly
