Role Description The Engineering Intelligence Intern will support engineering and data teams in developing and refining AI-led solutions and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with data collection and preparation, performing exploratory analysis, documenting processes and workflows, and supporting the development and testing of engineering prototypes. The intern will collaborate with mentors to research emerging technologies, prepare technical reports and presentations, and contribute to internal knowledge repositories. This is an internship role, based on-site in Pune City, where the intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to learn and apply engineering and AI concepts in real-world projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in programming and software development (e.g., Python, Java, or similar languages).
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, data structures, and algorithms, with interest in applying them to engineering problems.
Ability to work with data: basic skills in data analysis, visualization, and use of relevant tools or libraries.
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in technical tasks and documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings.
Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and basic testing methodologies is an advantage.
Curiosity to learn new technologies, especially in AI-led engineering, and willingness to take initiative on assigned projects.
