The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Nucleus Global team.
This is a dynamic and varied role offering the chance to work across a diverse range of projects across publications and medical affairs, within a supportive, established, and collaborative team. What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you will:
Deliver a variety of projects across multiple therapy areas.
Work closely with clients to deliver creative, strategic, and impactful communications solutions.
Use your project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with our teams and senior leadership to deliver exceptional service and maintain client relationships.
Contribute to business growth through proactive problem-solving, initiative, and scientific insight.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
A BSc in life sciences (or equivalent experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment).
Project management experience and confidence working on client-facing projects across fast-paced, evolving accounts.
Financial acumen, including experience with budget creation and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for delivering high-quality work and a drive to continuously develop your expertise.
