Qualifications
Required Experience
8+ years of progressive experience in software development, systems design, or technology architecture.
5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar architectural leadership role.
Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise software solutions.
Experience modernizing legacy systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed environment.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, APIs, microservices, and modern software architecture patterns.
Experience collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience within the legal technology, legal software, document management, e-discovery,
practice management, or related industries.
Experience with .NET, Angular, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes & Terraform.
Experience with SaaS-based product organizations.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance best practices.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and technology integration initiatives.
Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, or equivalent) are considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architectures, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to understand requirements and recommend scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and integration.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
Develop architecture artifacts including diagrams, design documents, integration patterns, and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support cloud transformation initiatives and promote best practices in architecture and software engineering.
Lead architecture reviews and participate in governance processes.
Mentor developers and technical leads on architectural principles and emerging technologies.
Work effectively within a matrix organization, balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
