Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Java & C# Backend Developer with 6+ years of hands-on software development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Java and C#, with a proven track record of developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in backend engineering, REST APIs, microservices, databases, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
Candidates must have genuine hands-on experience in both Java and C# and should be technically strong in backend development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and C#.
Develop robust and high-performance REST APIs, web services, and microservices.
Work extensively with Spring/Spring Boot and C# backend technologies.
Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
Integrate backend applications with internal systems, third-party applications, and external APIs.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, Architecture, and other engineering teams.
Contribute to application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and version-control processes.
Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities as required.
Mandatory Skills
6+ years of hands-on software development experience

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
