Job Description
To provide round the clock clinical care and monitor admitted patients and coordinate treatment plans with senior consultants.
To conduct daily ward rounds ,assess patient vitals and excite treatment plans as per the senio consultant order.
Also attend emergencies and stabalize the same.
To maintain active documentation as per the statutory protocols .
To coordinate and communicate with the supportive staff.
Monitor patients’ clinical condition and vital signs.
Conduct regular patient rounds and assessments.
Provide immediate medical care during emergencies.
Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants.
Coordinate with nurses, consultants, and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Assist in admissions, discharges, and referrals.
Respond promptly to patient and attendant concerns.
