Designation: Structural Design Engineer
Education: B.E / Post graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Structural Design
Job Location: Andheri (5 minutes walkable from WEH Metro Station)

Responsibilities
Involvement in design methodology for cost effective and efficient design of structures with suitable loading parameters. The directive to be efficiently intimated to the concerned Structural Consultants
Coordination with the in-house team of Architects, MEP, and External Structural Consultants for informed and coordinated drawings from conceptual design stage to handover stage
Generation of work orders, COP's, analyzing DBR's and all other relevant documents
Weekly interaction with Execution team, attend review meeting with Management and all stakeholders
Read and understand building codes, construction specifications and drawings
Understand and decipher Geo Technical Reports
Site visits, observations in Quality Control, preparation of QC reports, slab checking, coordination with site team and provide remedial solutions
Regular coordination with Structural Consultants suggesting cost effective design solutions and timely drawing deliverables
Affinity to explore new methodology and proactive in team
What are we looking for?
Strong base in RCC structures along with working knowledge of MS structures
Proficiency in different types of foundations - open type, pile foundation along with Mat/Raft foundation
Proficiency in Quantity evaluation - steel & concrete
Strong grasp of IS Codes and all necessary Building Codes.
Working knowledge in Auto Structural and STAAD, ETAABS
Knowledge of Designing Software
Highly developed technical drawing skills in designing RCC & MS structures
Basic understanding / knowledge of PEB
Good interpersonal skills
