Overview
Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Andheri (5 minutes walkable from WEH Metro Station)
Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience
Education: B.E. Civil Engineering
Project type: Industrial Park / Textile Park
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end contract management process for Civil, MEP, Finishing, and Infrastructure
Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, work orders, service agreements, and subcontractor agreements
Coordinate the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contractor selection
Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors, subcontractors, and specialized agencies based on technical and commercial assessments
Conduct contractor prequalification and due diligence to ensure compliance with company standards
Monitor contractor performance, contractual obligations, project milestones, and compliance requirements
Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, disputes, extensions of time, and commercial settlements
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and commercial management skills
Expertise in construction procurement and contract administration
Knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and contractor ecosystem
Ability to prepare and analyze comparative statements and cost evaluations
Strong vendor development and relationship management skills
