About the Role
We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in ambiguous environments and can turn business problems into production-ready solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively leverage AI tools and agents to understand existing systems, define target-state architectures, and independently implement scalable solutions.
Rather than waiting for detailed requirements, you proactively identify gaps, ask the right questions, formulate solutions, and drive execution end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of solution delivery from problem discovery to production deployment.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives and constraints.
Use AI agents and modern development tools to accelerate analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Analyze existing applications, data flows, and architectures to determine current-state capabilities.
Design and implement target-state solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Build scalable front-end, back-end, and integration components.
Drive technical decisions with minimal supervision and take accountability for outcomes.
Improve engineering velocity through automation, AI-assisted development practices, and reusable frameworks.
Mentor team members on modern software engineering and AI-enabled development approaches.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong back-end development experience using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI coding assistants and agents as part of the development workflow.
Excellent problem-solving and system-thinking skills.
