Role: Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will translate breakthrough AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences that feel magical yet trustworthy.
Define vision and execute the roadmap for intelligent AI experiences, focusing on AI-native workflows that amplify human capabilities.
Establish new interaction paradigms for human-AI collaboration in productivity scenarios.
Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineering, design and partner teams to build and ship AI experiences at scale that are responsive, contextual, and deeply integrated into user workflows.
Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management .
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years in product management, with experience in native mobile apps.
Solid product intuition with a user-first and business mindset.
Expert at defining success metrics, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions.
Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with AI-powered applications with focus on mobile apps.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, LLMs, or other AI APIs.
Familiarity with mobile analytics and experimentation.
Demonstrated success launching v1 products and scaling adoption.
