SAP HCM PAYROLL

Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management). • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and business rules.
• Experience with schema modifications, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Payroll, and Time Evaluation. • Provide ongoing support for SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management.
• Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures, and time management policies to support business requirements.
• Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management modules in alignment with business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support and maintain custom SAP HCM solutions developed for unique business needs. • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
• Support workflow automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Manage Time Evaluation, US Payroll, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll, Benefits, Time Recording, Time Data Processing, and Shift Scheduling.
• Proven experience in SAP Payroll implementation, configuration, and production support.
• SAP HCM certification preferred.
