Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and promoting Mettechnik’s product portfolio. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and executing market plans, generating leads, making customer visits, and presenting technical and commercial proposals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand product specifications, supporting product demonstrations, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into sales. The executive will also contribute to marketing initiatives such as campaigns, promotions, and digital or offline outreach to strengthen brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.
Qualifications
Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and customer relationship management.
Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Ability to understand technical products and explain features and benefits in clear, customer-focused language.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfort with traveling locally within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region for customer visits and onsite meetings.
