Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to lead the onshore/offshore Salesforce development team and own the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, estimation, development oversight, code reviews, technical governance, release management, and coordination with business and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Salesforce technical delivery across multiple workstreams.
Plan, estimate, design, develop, review, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership to the offshore Salesforce development team.
Work closely with business stakeholders and project leadership to understand requirements.
Design scalable solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and APIs.
Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
Manage Salesforce deployments and release activities.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD and release management.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical direction.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the offshore team.
Participate in architecture discussions and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills
8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce APIs
JavaScript
CSS
SOQL/SOSL
Strong Salesforce integration experience.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management.
Strong code review and technical leadership experience.
Experience leading offshore development teams.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools.
Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
