Requirement:
Our Client is looking for a Government Pricing SME with Model N Flex revenue management system experience
Need Functional Consultant
Prior Life Science background experience is a plus.
GP price type calculations: AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, URA, IFF

Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP)
340B Drug Pricing Program
Veterans Health Care Act
Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)
Emerging Policies to Monitor:
State Price Transparency laws
IRA MFP effectuation guidance
Medicaid Best Price rule changes

International pricing reference initiatives (e.g., MFN/GLOBE/GUARD concepts) that may influence U.S. pricing and reimbursement strategies.
