Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Jalandhar. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting outfits, colors, and accessories that suit their preferences, body types, and occasions. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting clients, understanding their style goals, recommending products, and creating cohesive looks using Sasa Style’s collections. The role involves maintaining product displays, staying updated on fashion trends, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment in the store. The Fashion Consultant will also support sales activities, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with an eye for color coordination and current trends.
Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and the ability to explain features, fits, and styling options clearly to customers.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base in a respectful, inclusive manner.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, focusing on personalized assistance, active listening, and problem-solving.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to recommend complementary items and support store revenue goals ethically.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or boutique experience, basic inventory handling, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
