Role Description The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality motion graphics and video content for a variety of client and internal projects. Day-to-day work includes developing creative concepts, creating storyboards, designing graphics and animations, editing video assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials. The role involves close collaboration with creative directors, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, requiring regular coordination with global teams and adherence to professional production standards.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create engaging and visually compelling animations.
Hands-on experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing final deliverables for multiple platforms.
Solid foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Advanced skills in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software).
Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead design role, with a portfolio showcasing motion and video work for diverse clients or campaigns.
Ability to translate briefs into clear visual concepts, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
