Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall Facility & Technical operations, including Electrical, Mechanical, DG, and building maintenance.
Execute daily/weekly/monthly PPM activities and attend corrective maintenance/TT calls.
Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor and material-handling systems, including electrical and mechanical controls.
Handle power distribution, lighting, transformers, control panels, VFDs, sensors, relays, motors, etc.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for AMC, warranty, breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Monitor energy consumption and maintain equipment/maintenance records through available tools.
Conduct regular checks of Fire Alarm and Fire Extinguishers.
Coordinate Civil, Plumbing, and minor refurbishment/maintenance activities.
Manage Hot Work and Height Work permits and ensure safety compliance.
Manage soft services including Housekeeping, Pest Control, Scrap/Waste Management, and agency manpower.
Preferred Profile:
Relevant experience in Facility Management / Technical Operations / Warehouse or Industrial Facility Maintenance.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems and material-handling/conveyor equipment.
Good vendor, manpower, reporting and troubleshooting skills.
Safety-focused and customer-oriented approach.
