Unreal Benefits.” with 250ml slim cans containing 6g of prebiotic fiber for gut health, zero added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial colors. Naturally sweetened with monk fruit, each can has fewer than 15 calories and comes in four flavors: Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry. Bubz targets conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, and fitness enthusiasts who want smarter beverage choices without sacrificing taste or experience. The company focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade, positioning Bubz as a cool, aspirational way to make functional beverages mainstream in India.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Content Creator will develop and execute engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels, aligned with Bubz’s brand voice and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, conceptualizing and producing short-form videos, images, and copy, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to support product launches and brand initiatives. The role involves monitoring trends, community engagement, responding to comments and messages, and leveraging analytics to optimize content performance. The Social Media Content Creator will also support influencer collaborations, social campaigns, and real-time content for events, partnerships, and key brand moments.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video production, basic photography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for captions, posts, and campaigns.
Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, reels and stories) and understanding of platform best practices.
Familiarity with social media analytics, performance tracking, and using insights to improve content and engagement.
Basic proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or mobile editing apps) for creating on-brand assets.
Strong sense of current digital, pop culture, and lifestyle trends, especially those relevant to Gen Z and young professionals.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple content projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, lifestyle, or start-up environments is an advantage.
