Its flagship brand, Bubz, offers “Real Soda. Unreal Benefits.” with each 250ml slim can delivering 6g of prebiotic fiber for gut health, zero added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial colors, and fewer than 15 calories per can. Bubz is naturally sweetened with monk fruit and comes in four flavors: Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry. Targeting conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, and fitness enthusiasts, Bubz combines functional benefits with a fun, aspirational soda experience. The company’s go-to-market strategy emphasizes D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade, with premium packaging designed for an active, on-the-go lifestyle.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Mumbai. The Content Creator will develop engaging, brand-aligned content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, showcasing Bubz’s products, lifestyle, and functional benefits. Daily responsibilities include planning content calendars, scripting and storyboarding, creating photo and video content, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to support product launches and promotions. The role also involves monitoring content performance, adapting formats and messaging based on audience insights, and staying current with relevant trends in beverages, wellness, and youth culture. The Content Creator will help shape Bubz’s voice across platforms to build community, drive engagement, and support brand growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in content creation for social media and digital platforms, including short-form video, photography, and copywriting.
Experience with basic design, editing, and production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, video editing apps).
Ability to plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of brand storytelling, youth culture, and lifestyle marketing, especially for consumer or FMCG brands.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including tracking content performance and optimizing based on insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in beverages, wellness, or D2C brands is preferred but not mandatory; a strong interest in functional and lifestyle products is beneficial.
