Role Summary:
Responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships to support student placements, internships, and industry engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with corporates and recruiters.
· Liaise with companies for campus placements, internships, and MoUs.
· Coordinate campus recruitment drives and corporate engagement activities.
· Identify new industry partnerships and hiring opportunities.
· Maintain recruiter database, placement records, and MIS reports.
· Represent the institution in corporate and industry forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Graduate; Postgraduate preferred.
· 2–4 years (Assistant Manager) / 4+ years (Manager) of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, or business development.
Key Skills:
· Corporate liaising and relationship management
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Knowledge of campus hiring processes
· Reporting and coordination skills
