Law Clerk – Legal & Compliance (all genders)

Support the Legal & Compliance team in handling a broad range of legal matters in the e-commerce environment
Draft, review and revise contracts and legal documents, particularly in the areas of data protection, IT, employment, intellectual property and e-commerce law
Support the implementation and adherence to compliance requirements and internal policies
Conduct research on current legal developments and prepare legal assessments and recommendations for action
Work closely with various internal departments to identify legal risks at an early stage and develop legally sound solutions
Successfully completed First State Examination in Law
Strong understanding of business contexts and an interest in digital business models as well as the technology and fashion industries
Broad interest in different areas of law, particularly e-commerce, IT, data protection, employment and intellectual property law, as well as sales law and compliance
Careful, structured and independent way of working, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
Confident user of MS Office or Google Workspace
