Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Indore. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and service Dekure Instruments’ equipment at client locations, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to technical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, providing technical support, and documenting service activities. The role involves regular field visits, close coordination with customers, and clear communication with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess Field Service experience to manage on-site visits, installations, and customer interactions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical matters clearly and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to guide users, answer queries, and escalate complex problems when needed.
Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to perform preventive and corrective work on instruments and related systems.
Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and service documentation; familiarity with basic test tools and measurement equipment.
Comfort with regular travel within and around Indore for on-site service; valid authorization to work in the location.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a customer-focused approach; prior experience in instrumentation or industrial equipment service is an advantage.
