Manager - Business Analytics
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Analytics to lead our analytics initiatives in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing data analysis, developing dashboards, driving performance analytics, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable insights. The successful candidate will bring 8 to 15 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, and performance measurement, and will be responsible for translating complex data into clear, visual dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of business analysts and data analysts to deliver high‑quality insights.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools for key stakeholders.
Conduct in‑depth business analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend data‑driven solutions.
Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics projects.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
8 to 15 years of progressive experience in business analysis, business analytics, and data analytics.
Strong expertise in data analysis & visualization, dashboards, dashboarding, and performance analytics.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
