About the Role:
We are building a next-generation Industrial Reliability Intelligence platform that combines Industrial IoT, Edge Intelligence, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and asset monitoring technologies to transform how enterprises manage the health, performance, and reliability of critical industrial assets. By converting real-time operational data into actionable intelligence, the platform enables predictive maintenance, operational optimization, energy efficiency, and improved asset performance across industrial environments.
We are seeking a Product Manager who can combine industrial domain expertise, product ownership, and technical depth to drive product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience building or managing predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, Industrial IoT, or asset performance management solutions and will bring a strong understanding of industry requirements across Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Energy, Metals, Utilities, and Process Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Development
Own product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for asset reliability, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and Industrial IoT solutions.
Define product direction based on customer needs, market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.
Develop business cases and product strategies for new offerings across reliability, asset management, maintenance, operations, and sustainability domains.
Industry Requirements & Customer Discovery
Build and maintain a deep understanding of reliability and maintenance challenges across industries such as Oil & Gas, Refining, Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Metals, Mining, Manufacturing, Chemicals, and Utilities.
Establish a structured Voice of Customer (VoC) program to continuously capture and prioritize market requirements.
Translate customer pain points into product requirements, user stories, workflows, analytics models, and feature specifications.
Technical Product Ownership
Own requirements across IoT devices, edge analytics, AI/ML models, cloud applications, dashboards, and enterprise integrations.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive end-to-end product development.
Drive integration requirements with enterprise platforms such as SCADA systems, CMMS, EAM, and ERP solutions
Product Delivery & Commercialization
Lead cross-functional execution from concept through deployment and scale.
Support customer pilots, solution workshops, and strategic product demonstrations.
Monitor product adoption, customer outcomes, and business impact to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications/Skills:
5-10 years of Product Management experience within Industrial IoT, Predictive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Asset Performance Management, Industrial AI, Smart Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 domains.
Proven experience working with industrial enterprise customers across one or more of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Renewable Energy, Metals & Mining
Strong understanding of predictive maintenance, asset reliability, vibration analysis, condition monitoring, or industrial diagnostics.
Expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, requirements engineering, customer discovery, and competitive analysis
Ability to work across edge, cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise integration domains
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from a leading Industrial IoT, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability, or Smart Manufacturing company and have experience building products deployed across multiple industrial sectors. They should bring a strong understanding of customer requirements, maintenance workflows, and reliability use cases across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Metals, and Manufacturing.
We are looking for someone who can leverage industry knowledge, customer exposure, and competitive insights to accelerate product innovation, strengthen market positioning, and drive product adoption.
